Membership Category	Features	Fees
Active Member	Current active member of ARDMS or the Canadian National Standard Eligible for employment as a Diagnostic Medical Sonographer Shall have all privileges & duties granted by ADSA Shall receive ADSA conference and seminar registration discounts	$60.00
Non-Active Member	Does not meet the educational requirements of an Active Member Holds or is eligible for a current active ARDMS of Canadian National Standard A non-practicing or out-of-province sonographer Shall have all privileges and duties granted by ADSA excluding the right to vote or to hold office. May serve on a committee with the right to vote on this committee	$100.00
Delinquent/Suspended Member	A member whose application misses the May 1st deadline	$70.00
Student Member	Provide a proof of student status from a recognized school of ultrasound Shall have all privileges and duties granted by ADSA excluding the right to vote or to hold office. May serve on a committee and vote on this committee	Complimentary

Note:

Your fee is payable before May 1st of each year. An administration/reinstatement fee of $10.00 will be charged on all applications received after this date
If withdrawing in good standing, and to prevent any delinquent/suspension fees, please include a letter outlining your intentions

Applications MUST Include:

A completed application form
A cheque or money order for full amount – payable to ADSA
A copy of your current ARDMS/CARDUP card
Students must include a letter of attendance at a recognized ultrasound training center
